We were travelling through the area and needed a day without our 2 big dogs. They loved it here and the staff were so reassuring and friendly. Can I also say how stunning the property is and we even got to see the yards where the dogs are exercised and it was pristine. Will definitely be using Cabarita pet resort again if we are in the area. Thanks!

I’ve had both my GSD and Mal with this kennel twice. The second time back and they leaped out of the ute and we’re happy to be back. The GSD is a-bit of a sook so if she is happy to return it passes the test.A few people on here seem to think dogs don’t fluctuate in health. It’s like kindy for kids, they will catch stuff from time to time, kennels may not always be advised for old or dogs with compromised health.It’s a solid kennel, just be realistic about what kennels are. Will be dropping the dogs back again soon.

Left our 2 big boys here for the day and was absolutely stoked with the whole place.Great yards, super friendly, easy and convenient customer service. Picked our boys up happy and buggered.Couldn’t recommend them more.Great place, great staff.

I left my 2 year old border collie with Cabaret Pet resort for 10 days and when we left her she had no sickness at all.When we returned we noticed she had lost a lot of weight, appeared to have kennel cough (even though all vaccinations up to date) and was very lethargicI took her to the vet the next day who rushed her to emergency vet where they found she had servere pneumonia, had lost over 10% of her body weight and was in their care for four days because she was so sickHow they didn't realise she was so sick is negligence and unacceptable, all they had to do was call me and I would have taken her to the vet a lot soonerWhen I emailed them to ask if they noticed she was sick when she left they said they hadn't and all they proceeded to do was say the sickness could have come from anywhere and maybe I shouldn't take my dog to a Pet resort again because too sensitive. No phone call, nothing, just blaming my dog for being too sensitive, a two year old border collie with no history of any sickness priorWhether she contracted the illness there or not isn't my problem, the fact they obviously don't monitor a dog or care about the animals there enough to know if they have severe illness is unacceptable, but their email blaming my dog as the problem and no call to see if she's ok shows me how much they care about animalsAbsolutely no duty of care for the animals in their care at all, pneumonia isn't something that comes on overnight as they suggested

Okay experience - they did look after my dog and he was fine upon pick up. But called a couple of times with the lady at the desk not knowing who he was which was a bit disappointing. Also prescribed drugs were given without our consent and we weren't notified of this. Flea and tick tablet that we gave them to give to our dog wasnt given either.

My cat Oskar spent over a week in Cabarita Pet Resort and came back alive, in one piece and in a great physical and mental condition :D showing no signs of any stress or discomfort at all. What else the owner needs?? ;)It was his first boarding experience and of course I worried a lot. But no doubt The Cabarita Team does a great job! I couldn’t appreciate you guys enough for looking after Oskar and being extremely helpful and friendly!! Fantastic pet resort. Our cat and dog spent 11 days with them. they were very caring and they can even groom your dog whilst he is there. We will definitely use them again.

Good customer service and a nice looking pet resort. My dog comes back happy and seemingly fulfilled. Book early for school holidays, they can fill up fast!
