CENTURY 21 Coast Property

Arrived at holiday accommodation managed" by these people. Was filthy upon arrival. Reported it to them immediately and nothing was done for the duration of our stay. Cleaned it ourselves. We were not given the opportunity of having the apartment re-cleaned to an acceptable standard as no-one from their office offered that solution until well after holiday was over. Asked for a refund of the cleaning fee portion only of our accommodation cost only and was told that this "was not their policy" but instead their policy was to have the apartment re-cleaned (Not much use to us when one's holiday is already over). The manager in question ignored my emails and correspondence and did everything possible to evade the issue and hence this revue. If someone pays for a service which they do not receive they are entitled to a refund or reimbursement (or perhaps a credit) and NONE of these were offered. We were instead ignored in the hope that we would just go away and drop the matter. Sorry - not on this occassion Century 21. Disgraceful

My wife and I had booked to stay at Lake Shore Apartment Unit 5/4 Marine Parade, The Entrance from Sunday 17th September to Thursday 21st September 2017.Arriving late (after dark) from Sydney, we picked up the keys as arranged from the Century 21 pigeon hole.When we got to the Apartment there was a bright red Welcome Pack on the kitchen bench from Century 21.Later, on inspecting the apartment we found that it was clean.Although the apartment is self catering, we decided to go out and explore eateries for dinner.The location is central most amenities (it's just opposite the town Information Centre,cafes ,restaurants and shops) so that we did not have to drive.The following day,when we opened the curtains that led to the balcony and saw the panoramic view of the ocean - it was absolutely breathtaking.It weather was warm, although the Autumn chill was in the air, we were not brave enough to swim in the cold ocean waters,however, we would make it our daily regime to go for long walks along the promenade, & dipping our feet along the water peripherals.The deck chair on balcony of the apartment was very relaxing as I lay on it basking and soaking in as much as the sun as possible.We left on Thursday after a very memorable stay and would highly recommend this place.

be very careful dealing with this agency, i left $265 holding deposit 12/12/16 on property at 6/131 Tuggerah Pde Long Jetty, which was advertised as available now" $265 pw but they would not let me move in before Xmas as the owner Joe wanted to do some badly need repair

Is a great house for a large family and so great having 2 x kitchens and 2 x lounge rooms.The view is amazing and you can walk to town.Only advice for owners is to have a folder/book on how to use appliances, overall would love to come again.

VERY PRACTICALPLENTY OF KITCHEN UTENSILS AND BBQ EQUIPMENT. Horrible customer service. Accused us of not handing back keys to the property which we did and charged a $40 late fee. That's just goes to show your greed.Use that $40 you deducted from our account without the cardholders permission to clean up the terrace. It's infested with cobb webs and spiders!

Very unprofessional and rude bunch of people. Inspected a rental property and submitted the application form. After talking all the details increased the weekly rental price. Of coarse we did not rented the property from them and we will never will. We will not recommend them to anyone. Just to specify we drove up there from Sydney and the printed property sheet was done on that day and then they said that it was not updated (it was just an excuse to rip some money off us because we were willing to pay the whole 6 months in advance plus the bond). We do hope that they will find some people that will give them a trouble by not paying the rent and will damage the property. This is what they deserve!
