We have been purchasing Toyotas through Dominic (Melville Toyota) over the years. Apart from the reliable, safe and well-built cars that draw us back each time, excellent customer service is a major draw. Dominic's impeccable and genuine service puts us at ease each time. He is never pushy and always listens and seeks to help us find the right car and specs. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to provide good advice. Despite that, we never feel pressured to purchase but always end up doing so. Lol.Because we know that Dominic will always be there to look after us, we never look further than Toyota Melville everytime we want to purchase a car. I have recommended family and friends over the years and will continue to do so.

We highly recommend Toyota Melville. Especially Mr. Domenic Morfea who assist and keep on updating us since from the start October 2021 up to delivery June 2023 (Thanks Dom) also Thanks to Mr. Mabh regarding financial advice. Hope to see you again guys.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Dishonest from the start. They don't disclose truth about the history of the car, their paperwork is a mess. They have different odometer readings on each paperwork. They put the wrong purchase price on DOT paperwork, which resulted in higher stamp duty for me. This was resolved by the manager, Luke who did a refund of the difference into my account (did not change the paperwork through DOT). I bought an extended warranty from them - but it is written as protection package (that is not fixed either) Even the manager confused himself thinking it is not the warranty, but a paint protection package instead. Biggest nightmare of all, the car was driven after being sold to me. The car has been driven more than 1000kms while waiting to be picked up from the dealership for about 2 weeks. During that time, a lot of damage has been caused to the car which is being denied by the manager. Plenty of evidence for this which has been provided to Consumer Protection. Did a trade in with a dealer for convenience and trust, lost a lot of money (with the trade in) and facing so much nightmare (with new car). Some mechanical issues too, which has been raised but yet to be resolved. You would not expect all these problems with a 2020 Mercedes A180. Dealt with many dealers in this past, nothing like this. So many lies and dishonesty. An absolute nightmare, stay away!

Mohamed was an absolute legend from start to finish. Always polite and transparent, and got the deal done for me. Happy customer! Would be keen to deal with him again when I'm in the market for another car.

I just bought a Mazda CX9 from Alex. Very nice friendly sales man,we just arrived in State and he was very good and patient in explaining the features of the vehicle and he took us for a nice test drive. We been too different dealership but the great service from Alex was the best compared to others. I will suggest Alex and Melville Toyota for your next pre owned vehicle.

BUYERS BEWARE!!This is purely feedback on my own experience, please keep in mind I bought a second hand vehicle unseen, however i TRUSTED the salesperson (My Mistake).I was sold an 'IMMACULATE vehicle' ($98,000 200 Series Landcruiser) (words used by Dealer) with Damage to the roof and Damage to the Rear door not mentioned during a walk around video with the vehicle. There was also extensive scrub bush damage to the whole vehicle (Both sides (every panel) and roof). I have had the roof repaired by a panel beater for $2,000 and the whole vehicle buffed, which only took out half the scratches for $800. I'm yet to repair the rear of the vehicle. Melville Toyota organised a Paintless Dent Repair to inspect and Quote, then negoitated with them saying we wont cover the $2,000 you have quoted for the repairs can you make it look better for $600". Had i of bought a $10
