I can’t recommend Daniella Jewellers enough! We happened upon Daniella by chance when we walked into their store in search of an engagement ring and wedding bands. We didn’t need to consider any other jewellers as Bobby and Danielle made us feel so comfortable right away, with great advice, beautiful custom design and craftsmanship and a manner that included us in every step of the way. Our rings were stunning and we could not have been happier.That was 15 years ago, and we love our rings as much as we did when we first got them. The aftercare service has never fallen short even after this time, we still visit regularly to get our rings cleaned and maintained - when Bobby is essentially gives me back my rings looking like they are new.Thanks Bobby and Danielle!

Bobby and Daniella are amazing. I visited multiple jewellers looking for an engagement ring for my now fiance, and there level of service and genuiness was unmatched by anyone else.I was looking for a custom design with a relatively short time frame. Bobby and Daniella were extremely patient with me throughout the whole designing process. They gave me a rendered design to show me how the ring would look, and once I was happy with the design they even created a wax model of the design for me so I could see how the design would physically look.My fiance loves her ring, and the diamond and final product are stunning and the quality of the ring is flawless. My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Danielle to create our wedding bands and to give my grandmother’s engagement ring a breathtaking makeover. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final results.From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and professionalism. The highlight was the resetting and transformation of my grandmother's ring. In addition to the resetting, Danielle recommended that we re-facet the emerald in my engagement ring. The emerald now looks amazing; I was so happy with their suggestion to get it polished and re-facetted. The transformation is simply breathtaking. The way they reset and updated my grandmother's ring is a testament to their attention to detail and dedication to their craft. The result is a stunning piece that pays homage to its history while bringing it into the 21st century.Furthermore, the customer service we received from both Daniele and Bobby was outstanding. They were responsive, accommodating, and always ready to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We could not be happier with the engagement ring that Danielle designed and Bobby made for us. Although it took longer than expected, it was worth the wait and we could tell it was only done so they could deliver something of such high quality. We went in with my partners grandmother’s ring to get remodelled into an engagement ring. I love that I can take the ring back in to get it cleaned and checked - such a great service. Daniella Jewellers has the best customer service of any jeweller I have been too! After being proposed to with my Mother-in-law's ring but having full permission to redesign it as my own, I went to numerous jewellers in Newcastle, Maitland, and Sydney to obtain quotes for my dream ring. The original ring was yellow gold with a diamond and small rubies, but I wanted the same design in platinum with purple sapphires . Many other jewellers said it could not be done which was very disheartening...But not Danielle and Bobby - they went above and beyond! They did all they could to ensure I had the ring that I wanted. Their communication was great and they were very accommodating of fitting me in at different times as I have to travel from Maitland. The price was also very reasonable and lower than a number of other quotes I had received. The ongoing care is also second to none.Thank you so much Danielle and Bobby for everything! I will be back soon for wedding bands!

We are extremely happy with the engagement ring Danielle and Bobby designed and created for us. From the initial consultation to the time to collect the ring every step was stress free and the ease of communication between us all was effortless. Danielle and Bobby both work for what their clients desire to perfection and that's what they produced for us.
