I went to Reject Shop Fountain Gate this morning at 10:16 am. I was served by Linda on Lane 2 and she was not wearing her name badge. Linda didn't greet, no smile. After scanning she placed my items on the bench and she didn't say thank you. I said thanks and I reminded her that she didn't greet and say thank you and didn't ask me if I needed a bag. She replied that she doesn't need to ask customer s.need to remind

Didn't go to pancake parlour, informed staff of fire alarm in fountain gate shopping centre, pancake parlour staff they saw large crowd outside from pancake parlour. Fire alarm was false no fire at fountain gate shopping centre.
