Coles Chullora

Store is great with variety of options. Two stars for the women in the self checkout that seem begrudged if you need assistance on the machines due to items not scanning or machine glitching.

This store never has anything I'm looking for. The pet treat I was looking for... out of stock. Roast pork... none. Back to woolworths..... shopping is cheaper there anyway.

The best Coles I have been to the left side wall when you walk in has random stuff that is good for a look

I'm from Melbourne originally and liked to shop at Coles due to their larger variety of products. I was therefore very glad when it opened a branch at Chullora where I live down the road. I also like the ambience of the store which is very close to that in some U.S. supermarkets that I liked (family lives there). However, the staff never seem happy working in the Coles Chullora store and appear disgruntled in helping customers for the most basic of needs. What gives, Coles? I became so disgusted that I spend 80%-90% of my shopping in Woolies just a few doors down instead! One more thing to add - there is a Manager's Specials" Bin that features various unusual consumer products in which there has been from time to time

Visited Coles Chullora today 15 August 2021 at 7.45am. The Bengali girl serving at counter 3 was very rude and aggressive. She pushed me to go to a counter where people were bulk buying and i said i only have a few items. She aggressively came to me and tried to bully me. But the young Chinese girl was so nice and different. The Bengali lady tried to bully me because i am asian and quiet.

Spacious supermarket with varieties of shops nearby. The store is generally clean and well stocked. Expect the same setup as the other Coles stores.Trolleys availability sometimes could be a problem as from experience there has been several times when there was none available which could be disappointing for customers.

Never knew a coles manager can decide to mark down the price in front of you to other people but when asking about it you get told outright no and she takes the product back to the back cause she decides she doesn’t want to sell orchids to non-muslims (she refused sale to me and a Indian woman at the same time whilst the person she sold the price to was sitting there with 4 full orchids in their trolley) which she sold to her friends for $3.50 from $40. I’m sure it gave Mariam the store manager a real good ego boost to not sell something even though her attitude is way above her actual pay grade. Even when asking for her name from a different worker she couldn’t help herself but to walk over and tell me to complain about her which I think is her personal goal. Don’t be expecting the same prices if you’re not Mariam’s mate…. First time going there in a couple of years and she reassured me I made the right choice not to go back.Coles values say advise that they are customer obsessed with diversity, however I did not know at the time they meant towards those whose ethnicities match at the workers discretion.

Brand new Coles store. Well stocked. I liked the layout better than their Greenacre store. Not very busy. Enough space between the aisles to observe social distancing.

Worker named MAYA. No apologise at all for mistakenly scanning a 20pk of mount franklin water. We had to come all the way back from Bankstown, such an inconvenience. When approached to tell her she had a disbelief look on her face and no APOLOGY AT ALL. Most of all she didn’t have the decency to apologise we all make mistakes I understand but she had bad attitude.

Very disappointing was so happy when coles opened up but I have to say on every weekly visit trolleys are not replenished always empty , whats the point on having so many cashiers with only 1- 2 operating and the line is like a nightclub with endless wait timesMaybe ask you area manager to spend more time at the premises and see how Woolworths does it always they have staff, trolleys are always available and service is impeccableI’ve witnessed many customer leave there groceries and leave coles.
