Tried one class. Ridiculous. Its a mix of Yoga + aerobic + ballet + hiphop. Finished the class absolutely confused! Bad customer service to the core. One of the cust.rep keep calling me trying to convince me of my bad experience will be repelled by the next class trial. Wasting my time just for the sake of arguing that I should not judge based on my first experience and just stick with it. Absolutely rude guy. Look, the teacher and class format is not good. The cust. Service is horrible. Dont ever come or try. Not worth your money.

Super disappointed with this place! Yoga is meant to be all about mind, body, meditation, calmness, stress relief and relaxation... yeah it doesn’t happen here. The teachers change regularly and they all have different techniques and twists on their poses which makes it difficult as a beginner to understand the basics. The classes are so full you are literally bumping into the people next to, in front and behind you. Hard to focus and relax while trying to achieve the correct pose when you’re touching someone else around you in the process. The classes fill up super quick so having a chance to book a class is very difficult. I cancelled my membership about a year ago but I though I should share my experience regardless.

Got lock out in front of door just 5 min pass 7 pm (the class is at 7) and no body picks up phone or at reception

Bought trial passes for couple of weeks, not sure how their account worked , receiving text message saying I am owing them few hundreds dollars, even I had never attended class after that. and the receiption ladies seemed not helpful and thought it’s my problem.BTW That’s about half year ago, I am not going to this studio anymore even though it’s very close to my home.

I came to yoga bar with a friend wanting to try this yoga bar for the first time. We were 2 minutes late and were refused in as the yoga instructor would not accept any late students by 2 minutes.... The yoga instructor was very rude and abrupt. There was no customer service, friendliness or professionalism, so my friend and I will not be coming back.

I bought a groupon pass recently and I’m loving it. Nice staff, great environment, friendly people, great classes. Loving it!
