Good place to enjoy a wide range of Mexican food with reasonable prices, tasty flavours and small customization of ingredients depends on your preference. Moreover, all orders are carefully packed to keep the food warm and clean, environmentally friendly containers are being used as well. However, the queue is quite long at peak time although orders have been made previously.

I don’t like leaving reviews but I really have to this time. I placed my order online and the app said ready at 12:15pm, I knew it wouldn’t be ready at that time because it’s peak lunch time especially with the subway closed at the moment, but after waiting 40mins I had to ask about my order because all the numbers around me were called but not mine. The man asked my number and what I got and I replied with spicy beef nachos but before I could tell him the extras I ordered and paid for he went to the back. I assumed that he was going to print out the receipt to see exactly what I ordered but he came back and handed me my food, just plain beef nachos. Props to the man for making my food but I paid for lettuce and extra black beans along with coriander (free, but still). I understand that it was busy but losing orders and not reprinting receipts to check the details isn’t great. I was going to go back and say something, but I order online to avoid talking to people because of my social anxiety, and I was shaking enough as it was when inquiring about my meal. Will I order from you guys again? Yeah but definitely not anytime soon.

I bought Tacos, which were yukky. I bought a little after 3 pm. Only half of the Taco belts were filled salty beef, which was watery. There was insufficient amount of cheese and salad. They may have finished the ingredients. They could have informed the customer and cancel the order rather than providing yukky stuff which is not edible. After eating salty minced beef, I felt throwing up.

Made my partner pay twice and said they'd refund within 3 days only to not refund for over a week AND refund the wrong amount despite telling us numerous times in store that they understood what happened and would solve it appropriately. To top it off the food we received that day wasn't even timely or of good quality despite all this trouble.

Really??? This amount of ice cream. I genuinely took the large one and expected more than this.This is literally tricking people and I won’t come back.Update: GYG customer service contacted me and compensated me for this order.

Burrito was super thin and mostly rice with significant portions completely unseasoned. Also no beans or tomato? Don’t bother buying from here.

I waited for 20 minutes for my order of one middle fries and watched as many boxes of fries were placed in the kitchen, but they were not given to me. I finally took the initiative to ask and found out that my order had been missed. The fries were handed to me almost as if they were thrown at me. what a service.

Stood in line for 20 minutes, then when i was next in line they decide to close the register. So myself and everyone else that was in the line have to rejoin another queue. Really? This is the best you could do? Surely after many years in food service GYG knows a better way?My guess is that this wouldn’t happen if uni students weren’t the customers.
