Busaba Thai Massage

I've been to Busaba just a couple of times when my back and neck get too tense. I leave from there with much less tension. Going to Busaba it's a great experience, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the girls are always so friendly! And they are always available.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Very professional and super clean place with a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere. When I walk into the place with the music and relaxing vibe I immediately feel like I’m in Thailand. The staff is very friendly. Make sure that you book before you go as they can get quite busy.

Had deep tissue massage from this place. I rarely had a lady with strong pressure but this one managed to provide the level I expected. It was very relaxing and will definitely come back to see them again.

The best Thai massage place in Perth if not anywhere. It’s consistently good. I have been a regular for years. A 90 minute deep tissue massage (no back-walking) always works wonders for the body, mind and soul.

Great massage and would give them 5 stars if place was quiet,phone calls taken and customers are within feet of you when your trying to relax

OMG!!! I don’t even know where to begin. This place is so unprofessional! I’m super super disappointed!!!!!!I was looking forward to have a massage today. I literary just walked out the door about 5 minutes ago and write this review. Long story short, I laid down on my chest and the masseuse lady started to massage me, she wiped my feet then she used her elbows to massage my back. Guess what? She was playing on her phone while giving me the treatment. I could sense that she wasn’t really concentrate on giving me the massage. So I thought I’ll give her a minute or 2 maybe she needed to reply to an urgent message but after more than 5 minutes she was still playing with her phone while she was resting her elbows and use my back as a tool so she can use her fingers to play with her phone while she rested her elbows on me. So I turned my back and I caught her playing with her phone. I was so upset! I told her I have to cancel the massage. I put my clothes back on and went to the reception, the masseuse lady was standing there with another lady sitting behind the desk with just regular clothes. I wanted to speak with the Manager and they didn’t even say where the Manager is. They said sorry and the masseuse lady offered if I want another masseuse to give me the treatment. Of course I said no as that’s not the point! My mood has completely ruined by this one unprofessional staff and how can I carry on to have another treatment at the same place after the incident. It’s funny how they have a sign where mobile phone is prohibited in the room, yet it’s the staff itself that using the phone and it’s even worse, she uses her phone while giving a treatment to a client. So rude and so disrespectful!!!Avoid this place at all cost!!!!The management should train their staff better. I will give 0 or minus 0 if I could!!!

Simply put. One of the best Thai massages in Perth.Always recommended this place whenever someone asks where to get a massage

On 31/3 i have booked for 30min back massage and 30min foot massage.This place hit and miss for me but on 31/3 is really a big miss.Noon was the lady doing massage for me.Before the massage started, I told the masseuse to focus on my neck but the whole back massage I felt like rubbing oil on my back rather work on my muscles, the amount of time she did on my neck less than 2-3min . She was so distracted,pausing so many times during the massage.When came to foot massage, my feet was poking with the stick , I told her not to use the stick as very uncomfortable, very painful not a “good pain” but irritating pain but she ignored and keep using the stick.End of the massage I felt not relaxed at all but very frustrated.When finished i went to the counter and raised my concern to the lady at the front desk she don’t even deal with my concern but asked me to make a payment. Very very very disappointed and angry.Not worth to pay $85 for oil rubbing for 1hr.Very inconsistent service.I want my money back !

Went on a Sunday with no booking needed but I would recommend booking ahead. Great massage by the therapist Noon, she was amazing and really worked out all my knots. It was annoying to have kids screaming out the front of the store for the full 60 minutes though, definitely killed the relaxing mood!
