Exceptional customer service and transparency regarding supplier delays. Although in no rush to receive my order and with an understanding of supplier delays being out of their control, the Vinyl Squeeze team were extremely kind to upgrade my order to express post when their stock arrived! Vinyl Squeeze is my go too online store for top quality records. Great collection of Vinyl all Genres covered, website is user friendly and will state if it’s in stock or not. Postage Delivery is quick and your emailed every step of the way, a huge thank you to Craig and his team for the excellent service everytime. Now that borders between Nsw and rest of the country are open again I’ve put visiting the store in person on my list of things to do.
