great service, great location alongside Red Cross Blood Donation Bank, with an Auto One card i get discount and they know me well. When good special come up, I don't miss out.Donating Plasma every 2 weeks I am there on the spot, so not inconvenient, great spot.

Absolute joke and will never shop there again and will be telling everyone i know not to either. They refused to swap over an incorrect part to the correct part on the same day with a reciept just because the packaging was open. Then he wanted to sell me the correct part as well, ontop of the one i didnt need. What happened to doing the right thing for your customers so they return to you happy and can finish there job.

Terrible customer service.Went in to purchase some coolant, got to the counter and they wanted 68$ for two five litre containers and a small flushing agent.I told the guy sorry that's a little too much

Thanks for the staggeringly awful & upsetting experience & your complete lack of care.I’ve was sold the wrong product, brought it back to swap & was assured by a different staff member it was right so I went home to try again. Definitely not right....back again...oh yeah, sorry, that’s what the computer said it was. Sorry again, we can’t take it back because it’s now used...$200+ down the drain.Incompetent, ignorant of product & uncaring. Oh well, at least they’ve got my money. That’s the main thing

Excellent service. Went there the buy some touch up paint, however one of the staff came out with a bottle of scratch remover and a cloth and buffed out the scratch, free of charge. Very impressed. Thank you.

The staff are always more than happy to help and will go out of their way to help were they can. The knowledge also of the staff is great which is hard to find these days. Its the 1 shop i recommended to everyone and if you work it out just pop in and see them im sure they'll be more than happy to help you solve your car problems, they always have help me.
