Never order anything for delivery. They will completely ignore your delivery instructions and then when you raise the issue to them they just say tough luck" essentially."

Thank you DANIELLE for your absolute fabulous customer service.I was in a bit of a pickle regarding an order and time was of the essence and Danielle completely went out of her way and sorted it all out in a jiffy. She could have just as easily said as many would have sorry I cant help you with this" but instead she jumped right on it with no attitude and a great sense of humor. The staff here are amazing, personable and genuinely friendly. The lady at the desk Danielle is so nice and understanding, we dealt with her a couple times and she was so nice when we had an issue with our delivery. Recommend this store highly, great experience.

We visited the Preston store yesterday to have a look at it and ended up buying a couch, partly due to the exceptional customer service of team members Lara (sales lady) and Adrian in the finance area.Even though we arrived close to closing time Lara took the time to help us and explain different products and options to us. We will be returning to the store for future purchases.
