I have the most unpleasant experience with Ally Fashion. I bought some product online, as the product was not as per my size, I decided to return it to the store at blacktown. The staff gave me a store credit which is valid for 1 year. When I visited the store to use the store credit to buy some stuff, I was told that the voucher has already been used, which cannot be the case as i have not used it. This is such a disappointment for a customer who trust retailers like Ally Fashion and accept store credit vouchers from them instead of insisting on amount getting refunded to our account and later on they cheat their customer in this manner.

I m trying to change size for my cardigan from two weeks and just bcz I lost my receipt they can't do that..staff say that speak to manager and whenever I call manager already left or not working. They just can't reprint the receipt..worst experience

Worst shopping experience of my life! Terrible staff and the manager Tanika, even worse! An error made by Ally staff (had to go back to store 3 times to resolve) but no one willing to apologise. Never going back to any Ally store.

Absolutely amazing customer service and stock is current and beautifully presented. Spoke with the manager who was such a lovely , high spirited person. Just all round great experience. Will definitely be returning.

Extremely disappointed with the service offered at Blacktown store today. The girl at the counter was very rude and was just making our returns complicated (first she claimed she can’t refund more than $200 and then changed statement to 100$, she can’t do split refund (2*100$, apparently only one refund one customer per day), she would not refund without the original email containing “image” however we held the online order receipt clearly with the SKU and final pricing). We came home and noticed the refund amount for 3/5 items were incorrect (10-20$ difference each item) - now we have to visit the store again or call contact Center and sort it ourself ; because they don’t know how to fix it “it’s probably a head office thing”. Please note: During the conversation in store she claimed they don’t recorded people in store and there is no camera; however right above her head there is one and one facing the entrance. Over all very very poor and honestly would recommend buying online or visiting other locations.

Had so many great items for the winter season. Can’t wait to see what great pieces will come out for summer!

The ladies where super helpful when it come to deciding on a gift for my partner, was really welcoming and made easy! Will definitely be back in the future!

Good morning, what a pleasant shopping experience I had today; I was shopping in your Blacktown store and the lady that served me made me feel very comfortable and she was very helpful I asked her to tell her manager what beautiful customer service that she had and I would definitely be shopping there again, and to my surprise she was the manager. So I will be telling all my friends to shop there, we’ll done ally for employing such lovely staff.

Absolutely love shopping here always greeted with a smile and served by the best. Always so super helpful and I never leave disappointed

The girls are great, helped me find what I needed for my baby shower Jess was great and boosted my confidence up and I’ll definitely be back!!
