Chanelle was referred to me by a friend. Chanelle doesn’t just provide a service, she provides an experience which starts from the moment you arrive. I had the Spa Delight & Well-being facial as well as the Hair & Scalp Ritual and I highly recommend both. This gave me a nice balance of facial/hair treatments and scalp, hand and shoulder massages. My skin was so radiant after my treatment, even my partner made a comment. My skin has never felt and stayed so smooth so I will definitely be booking again soon.

Wow what an amazing service!I currently have really bad skin due to having to wear a mask consistently at work. I booked in the have a pure pamper anti aging facial and deep conditioning hair and scalp ritual.What added to the whole experience is that Chanelle provided genuine advice and was not judgemental at all. This was such a lovely change as I have felt very judged and belittled in the past from other salons which distracts from the entire experience.Chanelle offers an environment of relaxation and compassion. She is able to emerse you into place of tranquillity while you get absolutely pampered!Fantastic experience that I will definitely be doing again!

Amazing! After many facials in my life I can say by far this was the best! It's wasn't just a facial, it was the ultimate relax!Chanelle is such a kind person who makes you feel more then welcome which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing and you can tell she has real passion for what she does.Being a very pregnant mumma she made sure I was 100% comfortable, made sure the bed was in the perfect position and had enough pillow so I could totally relax.Chanelles beautiful ceremony she does makes the whole experience one to remember and her products she uses are all completely natural, feel great on your skin pregnancy safe! and smell amazing!I will definitely be back for another treatment, and would highly recommend to others!
