Whispa Wellness

Lisa and Darren are amazing and dedicated yoga instructors and I would highly recommend them. I've had numerous sporting injuries over the years and was told by my physio that I needed to improve my flexibility, so I decided to give yoga a go. Attending the classes with Lisa and Darren is probably one of the best decisions I've made in my life! I was pretty nervous at the start because I was not very flexible at all; couldn't even touch my ankles, and I'm quite injury prone. However, Lisa and Darren are incredibly patient teachers, who create a very safe and welcoming environment for beginners to not feel intimidated when attending classes with more advanced students. They actually teach you the moves and correct you when your posture is wrong, which is not something you would get from a YouTube video. In the year that I've been attending their classes, my existing injuries are less painful, I haven't had any new injuries, and I can even touch the floor now! Thanks Whispa Wellness!

Just completed the Whispa Wellness 2 week yoga challenge. I'm a beginner and I found it really easy to follow and improve with the option of variations along the way!! Lisa is an excellent yoga instructor !
