Pop-Up Health

Just giving Pop up Health a review. I have COVID and was referred to My Home Hospital after having the first anti viral infusion at CCC. The two nurses that visited me over the last few days were first class . My husband was in the rah with it so I was home on my own. Having a Dr ring me each day and your lovely nurses coming in was very reassuring.11/10!! They rang me half an hour before they came and were warm, caring and so competent. It made that home alone feeling so much better. I’d recommend Pop-up Health to anyone who wants exceptional service.

What a scamming company…. I have stuck in a loop of phone calls and appointments and when we had an appointment the nurse came in my house to change the bandages with out bandages….. someone close them down they probably use gov founds

Can’t fault PUH on any level. A very professional outfit providing first class care across Adelaide & beyond. A great SA success story.

My grandparents are taking private nursing service from Pop up Health, and they are very comfortable and satisfied with their services.

Had a abscess surgery done in Queen Elizabeth hospital. I was given off from hospital and nurses had to come to visit my place for clean up and replace the padding. I have never experienced such a incredible service from any medical team till now.1) All the nurses had empathy towards me and treated me so kindly.2) Very committed, informed me 1 hour prior of there arrival.3) Always shared information on any queries I had.4) Always carry enough bandages & safety packs.5) I had been treated with almost 8 different nurses but each of them helped my in every way they could to heal my abscess..6) Excellent on communication and very polite even after working 8-10 hours shift I never felt that exhausted behaviour from any one, always keen to help and supportive.To wrap up I would say THANK YOU TEAM.

The proof of a good company is the staff that are out there in the community. The nurses were all fantastic, caring and professional. The people who manned the phones were also amazing catering to my everchanging schedule. Thanks for a great experience!

My uncle is getting treatment from pop up and could not be happier with his care needs and the compassion shown by carers. Keep it up your good work.

Not me but my partner.We get told a nurse will come see you between the hours of 12pm to 8pm! And then they are still late!The treatment he has received from one of the nurses has been appalling! He was very aggressive and was extremely late to provide care. When my partner voice his displeasure at the lateness he was met with rudeness. This nurse physically assaulted my partner and also hit him with his car!The police had to be called and the nurse ran. Upon calling pop up health they refused to give any details of this nurse for me to report to AHPRA. So I will be reporting Pop Up Health in the entirety to AHPRA.

Fantastic service! The nursing staff looked after my parents with so much care. I was always kept up to date and nothing was ever too much trouble. A big shout out to Perri, she was always available and went above and beyond with her support and organising various services. She would regularly touch base to see how my parents were going. Had my parents not gone into residential aged care, we would still be with Pop-Up. Thanks guys!

Cannot recommend. Disorganised and made lots of promises that were not kept. Staff will say anything is possible verbally to get a contract signed but promised services and times cannot be delivered. Documentation required by legislation not provided. When I spoke to these people regarding the non-delivery of promised times they agreed not to enforce the contract which we never were fully apprised of having not received any care plan, however they subsequently relied on the same contract to charge for visits that did not occur.
