WATCH OUT FOR THIS MOB! THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOU AND THEN REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION FOR DAYS ON END, UNTIL YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH HEAD OFFICE.Went in today for some tree mulch, got met by a smartarse male employee telling me their all trees, explained I wanted the basic tree mulch, after a heated discussion got told yep we have it, went up to have a look at it and turns out they didn't even have any in stock.Not the first time this employee has been a rude & arrogant towards me.I won't be back.

Had a 3cm mulch load delivered today by Shane. Access was extremely tight, talking mm .... but he somehow positioned the truck perfectly to hit the target drop spot on. Because it was so tight ... he also took the extra time & effort to rake part of the load off in order to close the gate. Thax Shane ... you did Nuway proud.

Well they do have good customer service but there river sand is so expensive, and to make matters worse they shake the sh.. out of the bucket so half falls out, they do not give true metres as my trainer is a perfect cubic metre and yet they argue with me , and I’m saying that in the last couple of years they have welded steel corner bits into the bucket which again makes the so called half metre bucket smaller again. Lower your price and give true metres .
