F45 Training Bondi Junction
F45 was a fantastic was for me to get back in shape after a break from exercise. It was a friendly, welcoming and positive experience and I enjoyed every minute of my training there! I completed the 3 week challenge and all the members of staff were so encouraging in helping me to achieve my goal. I would highly recommend this gym for training and enjoyment ☺️

Get results! I have been to many different gyms and tried many different exercise programs but F45 has definitely been the best for getting really fit and healthy. The classes are intense but totally worth it. The staff at the Bondi Junction Studio are really enthusiastic and helpful and the classes run all through the day, which I have found really useful with my shift work and irregular hours. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

After completing the 21 day challenge, F45 has renewed my passion and motivation for exercise after not stepping foot in a gym for 6 years! The trainers were really helpful, friendly and supportive. The variety in the cardio and resistance classes were great and never the same. Fantastic gym and will definitely be going back!

I joined F45 because I lost all motivation after lockdown and the 21 day challenge was perfect to get me back on track. 21 days after being consistent I haven't felt this good in a very long time. The workouts are always different and never boring, the trainers are great and the class schedule is perfect to accommodate my school and work. The trainers are also very helpful when it comes to meal planning and nutrition. I now have more energy, stamina and confidence and will continue to workout at f45. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year.

Just completed my 21 day challenge. I joined the challenge as I had lost all motivation and interest in training. F45 has renewed my passion for exercise and I am so excited to continue my fitness journey! The trainers were helpful and supportive, they correct your form and the music consistently pumps you up!! :) enjoyed the variety in the cardio and resistance classes and loved knowing I was getting a good workout without having to think!! Fantastic gym! Becoming more aware of my nutrition and losing 3.5kg was just an added bonus. Thank you F45!!

Love training with the team, so knowledgeable in what they know, not just about exercise, but managing injuries, and diet, I’ve trained at other places in bondi, and felt like I was looked down on for not being a size 6 and an influencer. However at f45, I am welcomed, encouraged, and feel fantastic about myself when I leave a session. Big fan of f45 and the team in bondi junction,

I’ve never been a person that likes to exercise until I tried F45! The team is great and gives you all the energy you need to go through the workout. They are so helpful and always cheering you up! I have only started one week ago and I can already feel the difference!I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone that loves to exercise while having fun!
