PB Smash Repairs

Zero customer service. Reception locked and workshop referred me back to reception and told me to knock. After 3 attempts, I left and went elsewhere.

Great customer service, quality and price.

Terrible. They replaced my front brakes that had only been replaced 5000km ago. They didn’t even check my rear brakes that had been the ones that actually needed replacing. When the owner tried to lie to me by explaining “the blokes up in Sydney who checked them before got it wrong” when in fact I had two seperate previous mechanics tell me the rear brakes needed replacing. Then my next service at a new mechanic (because I’m never going back to this place) informs me that the wheel nuts have been flogged out (by PB smash repairs).Also PB smash repairs are lazy in general and didn’t do all of the work in one go like they said they would. I had to take it back and they charge through the roof.Do not expect honesty and integrity!

Peter Barton has been in this business for many years he is well repected knows wealth of knowledge re the restoration of vintage cars well worth talking to before to take the plunge to restore your treasured old vehicle.

Found repairs were not finished as discussed, though were charged extra for repairs. Also rust is returning in repairs after 3 months, from repair. N have grinding flint all over my bonnet., thx 4 a unsatisfactory job
