Been researching rings and all things that go with it. Came across Lindsay at chadstone, she was absolutely amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and most of all patient with me. I learnt so much more with 20 minutes in store than all the googling and searching I'd done. Secrets and Lindsay are my go too now for anything that's jewellery! Thanks so much for the amazing service. Absolutely recommended to anyone in the market for rings or anything else! Brilliant

Couldn’t recommend enough! Today my partner and I went into the Chadstone store and was served by an incredibly knowledge employee named Lindsey.We went in with intention of buying a necklace for my 21st birthday. She was incredibly detailed in her explanation of the different types of chains and pendants available, explaining the different strengths of the chains in store and partnering them with suitable charms/pendants. Importantly, she helped us accurately find a product within our budget without us feeling as though the sale was being forced upon us. No guilt or pressure buying here!! ☺️We both felt incredibly welcomed in the store and valued as customers. Overall our experience with Lindsey was one that we will definitely remember. Will definitely be coming back to Lindsey to purchase other gift items for upcoming birthdays and events.

What an incredible change in store manager, staff and overall customer service. I was an extremely unhappy customer when I walked in but the care, service and attention I received from Lindsey and her staff completely changed my mind. My partner and I went on holiday to Melbourne and we are beyond grateful that we went into Secrets to look for a new engagement ring.Ness was absolutely amazing! She ensured my partner and I were informed regarding quality, styles and much more. She was patient with me when trying lots of different rings, her customer service was incredible, she was kind to us and our two boys, she made sure we left happy - with the perfect engagement ring and wedding band too!We would recommend Secrets to anyone and so appreciate the service provided. Ness even kept in touch to make sure we received the rings after they were posted to us and made sure that we were happy with them. Thanks so much to Ness and the team - you are all wonderful!

Great service and friendly people.I recently lost one of my earring the clasp and went into the store to buy a replacement. The sales rep I spoke to was really pleasant and helpful. She gave me advice on how to keep the clasps tight and suggested more reliable plastic clasps over the soft rose gold clasps. She ended up giving me a replacement rose gold clasp and some plastic ones free of charge.I really appreciated her suggestion of using the plastic ones over the gold ones. The plastic ones are so much grippier and give me more peace of mind.

The customer service at Secrets Shhh Chadstone is always excellent, but today it was exceptional! Sehar made my shopping experience an absolute highlight of my day. Her attentiveness and product knowledge are outstanding and I am already looking forward to the next time I shop here again. Sehar, Lindsey and all the staff at this store certainly know how to make their customers feel special.

I had left a piece of jewellery for repair and when it came back i was upset that they had thought that I would accept such poor workmanship. The assistant was very dismissive and condescending and tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. Lindsay the store manager however was exceptional and went to great lengths to follow the repair and monitor the outcome to the utmost standard. I finally got it back just as beautiful as the day I bought it! I give Lindsay 5 STARS.
