I was very happy with the professionalism and high level of customer service provided by Mark and the ladies at this store. Other competitors didn't go into the detail of the product and installation like Mark. I was very happy with the way he explained the process start to finish, kept me informed as job progressed, and was most satisfied with the quality and value of the finished flooring throughout our home. Plus I won major points with my wife ;-)

A great finished product. A very easy process of meeting with the team, agreeing on pricing / colours / installation. The fitter turned up on the agreed days when promised, finished the job very neatly within the agreed time, and we are delighted with the end result for a fair price. I would definitely be happy to recommend Solomons and would happily use them again.

Very happy with the service from Solomons at Stafford .The staff are very knowledgeable & genuinely caring.I had tiles removed & wood floors inserted , they have very experienced installers & tile lifters.Highly recommend.

Mark was so helpful explaining the different types of carpets - there were so many to choose from, but he made it easy for us to make up our minds on which one was better suited for us. Installation went without a hitch and our home looks like new now. We would definitely recommend these guys.

Solomons provided an excellent service at a competitive price. Tatiana was very helpful in assisting us find the right carpet in the right colour, helping us make sure it looked good in our home. Installation was flexible in working around our need to finish the internal painting. The carpet layer did an excellent job, with some nice finishing touches, and was also flexible around our need to move furniture from one room to another.
