City Ford Used Cars - The single worst experience I've had with a business. Enquired about a car and told them I was coming to look at it and they put the price up before I arrived. Then told me that was the price negotiations started from. As I have a mental health issue that affects my memory I could not be certain I was not mistaken. As I really like the car I paid a deposit anyway and when I got home realised 100% that the price had been put up when I looked at my PC browser. I emailed the manager explaining my mental health issues and he refused to make any changes to the price. Later I was told by a salesmen of further charges, and by now being fully aware of my mental health and memory issues, tried to tell me I had said things that I know I didn't say.Unfortunately I have to deal with these people more as a result of this.This Company, and it's sales staff, have no compassion or empathy. All they care about is ripping customers off. They probably slap each other on the back when they screw someone over.They do not care if you have mental health issues or a disability... You are just an even better target for their scams.Do not buy cars from these people. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

Pathetic, unprofessional, irresponsible service. Given a chance I would rate their servuces as negative. They jist milk out money by finding loopholes in the paperwork but have no empathy or respect towards the customer. Very unethical and stubborn management.

I got my Ford everest trend brand new vehicle in 2018 from Cumberland ford. I had my regular service with the dealer and just completed my 2021 service from City ford. My experience with the AAG Team is great till date and i really appreciate their skilled team who always do great job and ensure professional service for the vehicle.Above all keep up your customer oriented friendly approach which is very unique and great..RegardsMadhu Amayil

Terrible people. They tried to take advantage of a friend with a mental health issue from years of community service just to get their commission. Showed absolutely no remorse. Do not deal with this Group or any of it's dealers. Especially City Ford.

Great service the service people listen to what you are saying and do right the first time

These blokes are crioks stay the hell away from any one even remotely close to them. All theg care about is ripping people off i tried to be sivil with them and they took my money and tried to rip me off by forcing me to but the car at a rediculos price. They took my deposit wont give it back and all i was trying to do is buy my family our first new car. Im so upset it is a compkete horror show now i have to take them to court to try and get what little money i have left just to make ends meet. All they do is turn around and say that they are good and up to date with tribunal work and they would be happy to fight back.WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE ARE YOU.
