Damo, Joel and all the boys working right before Christmas were all outstanding! A+++ for customer service and help! Went the extra mile for me when Geelong clark rubber let me and themselves down, Ballarat boys fixed me up without a complaint and in fact WITH a smile. They didn't HAVE to help me, they CHOSE to and THAT is what excellent customer service entails. Word of mouth is the best marketing a business can not buy and you've got some GREAT marketing from my mouth! Thanks boys.

Great range of everything to do with fun with water. Unfortunately we had to return an inflatable dingy due to manufacturing fault. Both staff members were easy to talk to and showed excellent customer service skills in resolving the matter. Have always been helpful with poolwater testing and advice.

Went to buy a cheap foam mattress, was told sold out, next cheapest was to cut one and they started at 170 to 200.So deside to check out a bed shop, got a nice quality single foam mattress for 129 and it had a cover one it. Went to Clark rubber as I thought they had the best price, just goes to show it pays to shop around.

I had the pleasure of being served by the Manage / Franchise owner today Ranjeet Bains and was appalled at his customer service. Ranjeet was extremely rude and repeatedly spoke over me. He served my heavily pregnant wife yesterday and cut the foam cushion inserts to twice the measurement they needed to be and then refused to provide a refund for the excess when they were cut to the correct measurement. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

My family and I are regular customers at this store we would be absolutely lost without the expertise, reliability, honesty and care shown to our family by the team at Clark Rubber Ballarat. I was especially pleased today, the staff are highly dependable and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is satisfactory and completed to our standards in a timely manner - even when we have larger orders. Could not recommend this store enough!
