Best time to go is after lunchI walked in got blood test done and out within 15 minutesStaff were good to talk to and very pleasant

Arrive 7.20 am opened 7.30am one worker allocated with 15 people waiting ..with all the unemployed out there seriously..the wait is too long with no seating for the elderly

Turned up 7:30am this morning for urgent blood test. Was told I needed face mask to enter. They had none on offer, not even for a fee. Told me to go to a chemist for a mask. Asked her what chemist is open this time of day? She walked off without an answer. Poor customer service, especially when dealing with potentially seriously ill people

Jabbed me twice with needle and missed my vain both times. Then fed me chocolate (I was meant to fast) then told me to come back another day after waiting 1 hour.

The blood collector was cold, only asked direct questions. Did not tell me what she was doing or ask consent. Not going back there.

Again stuck Waiting at dapto southern pathology. 8.15am before someone turned up to work (should open at 7.30am). And this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. No sorry I’m late. Nothing. And after waiting he couldn’t even find my vanes !, dug the needle in twice in the same arm. Said he couldn’t help, either wait for someone else to come in or come back later!!! DISGUSTING service and behaviour towards seriously ill fasting customers, who needed a blood test before taking medication. YES we are your customers!!!. Never again. Went straight to laverty (they take southern pathology forms) wonderful well trained, had no problems taking my blood. Very polite THANK goodness for laverty!!!!

My partner went to get bloods done on Saturday ready for chemo on Monday but they closed an hour earlier very annoying

would 100% give 0 stars if possible.I had the absolute worst experiences here. the ladies here are under experienced, rough and dangerous. I had to get this different needle to usual and I am extremely anxious and they knew that and she was digging with this giant needle while knowing I was petrified. It hurt so much I was about to faint. After the needle I went home and it was super painful. My arm constantly goes numb and I have no feeling in it. If this doesn’t go away I have to go to yet another doctor which is so much hassle.

One of their workers crashed into my wife’s car. Ive called up multiple times to try and get their details for insurance purposes but all I got was the run around and rude staff

Both pathologists where not understanding at all as I have a real issue with getting blood taken and need to lay down etc etc etcThe pathologist responded do you want to do it" while passsing me the blood bag. Then after it was done I said they did a awesome job as I was relieved it was over to her responding "maby i should just let them do there job"JUST RUDE...."
