Great service, great communication. I ordered a pool slide, for a family event. Staff called and said that it was running late. The manager was so helpful and generous helping make it happen – the slide made it on time and happy with everything!!

I can't speak highly enough of Clark Rubber Virginia. I have been going there for the last 2 years for pool testing and pool supplies, they aren't just well priced, they give the most amazing customer service. Stand out being Scott and his boss Michael. They are so knowledgeable in all sides of their business. They have guided me perfectly through my pool care journey and have gone above and beyond to help me deal with a rental pool that had endless problems. Professional at all times with a caring friendly attitude every single visit. Do yourself a favour and check out what they can do for you!

Had a broken pool filter which is still under warranty,spoke with Clark Rubber back in December.Apparently logged job,4 weeks later still no communication.Had to chase down and do all the work myself which was done in one phone call.Poor customer service

Went in to have a look if they had a seal for my car between the body and door. Unfortunately can’t remember his name but the guy helping me just gave the beat customer service. He made sure I was happy and just went the extra mile. Would give 6 stars if I could.

It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional the way that the store clerk Scott attended my order, he was rude and disrespectful and made me walk away without the product that I needed due to his behaviour. terrible customer service

We spoke with and were assisted by Michael.He was very helpful and his knowledge of his products was impressive.He cut everything to size making our job so much easier.I highly recommend Michael and his team at either his Stafford or Virginia store.

Went in looking a big plastic bag to wrap a pram for travel and the staffer couldn't have been more helpful. OK so it might have been a small matter but its always the little things that count. Well done. Looking for a new pool cover soon. Immediate bump to the top of my queue.

Helpful staff who know their stuff. Got plenty of stock on hand and specials seemed to be good value. The young fella serving me spoke about as quick as an auctioneer. He still took the time to ask what I wanted then proceeded to overwhelm me with options and advice. I’ll be back after I digest all I’ve been told.

We have to write a review because of the wonderful staff at Virginia store. We bought a pool cleaner which was great but 'beached' itself on our steps.The staff were so good and helpful, and worked with us on a solution without any expectations put on us to buy or swap or keep.
