I also highly recommend HMS Medical.The product I was seeking was specialised and not widely available in Australia.I called and emailed many suppliers who showed this product as “in stock” on their website but when contacted didn’t actually have any stock at all and most of them were dismissive and border line rude when responding about their own misleading shortcomings.When I called HMS Medical, every aspect of dealing with them was a breeze, pleasant, very professional and efficient.(They are industry veterans who know their field and product lines and know how to run a medical supply operation with proficiency ).The time was taken on the initial call to explain the product thoroughly, which was instrumental in making the buying decision and again a refreshing surprise.This was out of the ordinary customer service and I hadn’t even made or signalled that I would make a purchase at that pointThe professionalism, efficiency and follow through is what is so impressive in dealing with HMS Medical and they are unique leaders in customer service in our view. We are glad we have found them and look forward to collaborating with them for the long term.

The customer service of the HMS Medical team is exceptional! They go above and beyond to make my life easier. There’s plenty of distributors of medical supplies in the market but the service delivered by HMS is second to none. It’s reassuring to know you’re dealing with such genuine and knowledgeable people.
