I have used Taxbiz for a few years now. This last tax return, Taxbiz neglected its responsibility to communicate with us promptly over a three month period, despite making four follow-up attempts, we received no response, which ultimately impacted the tax return outcome. I was greatly disappointed and would not use them again.
