Simple reviewItem NOT fixed and report not completed for warranty claim

Dropped my dishwasher off on a Wednesday and was kindly told it would probably be ready next Tuesday. Paid the inspection fee.I called the following Friday to check on progress- No answer.I called the following Friday, left message and got a callback sounding cranky, but OK. They'd been under them pump with call-outs and would get to it on a first in first out basis. I think OK, no worries.I call 2 weeks later- They haven't called because they haven't got to it yet. First come first served, but they say now washing machines are higher priority, so I can wait or take it somewhere else- sounding short and rude. I say I want it fixed please- they've had it a month now. Call me.After 10 weeks still haven't heard from them.

Ray attended to check my non draining dishwasher, discovered outlet pipe hadnt been properly drilled out. Problem solved in 10 minutes. Friendly, on time and fixed.
