This was the 2nd time Jim has looked after us, he was a pleasure to work with once again. We had to sell urgently in a challenging market. And while we were nervous, Jim stayed calm and in control. Jim tells it how it is and he doesn't sugar coat the situation. His honesty, knowledge and experience helped us to set a realistic reserve price which we ended up achieving on auction day. Very happy with his service and would definitely engage Jim again if we ever move back into the area.

Jim and his team really made the selling process almost stress free. My mother in law has lived in the same property for 64 years and of course had a lot of lifelong ties and emotion to the property. Jim was so respectful of this and it really felt as though we were family. He was very clear on expectations and his communication skills were excellent, both with us. and. also the potential purchasers. We sold the property on Auction day under the hammer and were extremely pleased with the result. Highly recommend Jim and his team.
