Wow. Just wow. My experience with Creative Lighting Solutions has been nothing short of exemplary from start to finish.Shortly after placing my order for 2 wall light fittings for our bathroom, I was contacted to advise how long my order would take.My order arrived and the quality, finish, weight and look of these fittings is extraordinary. I cannot believe how reasonably priced they were for the quality and they are stunning.One of the bulbs we had ordered for our fittings arrived broken. It was not the fault of Creative Lighting as everything in the box was wrapped up and packaged with so much care with fragile stickers all over it. I rang and spoke to Jarrod on Wednesday. He was so helpful. Less than 24 hours later a replacement bulb was delivered. I was floored. It would have cost the company a fortune to send the light bulb from Byron Bay to Sydney in less than 24 hours.it is so rare to see customer service of this level nowadays. Thank you. I will certainly be recommending your company to anyone I know that is renovating.

Exceptional service. I order frequently for renovation work and every experience with the team is friendly thoughtful and “of service”. The various range of products I have ordered are great quality, my electrician put in some exterior downlights and made particular comment on the quality, which he does not often see. A unique and quality range to choose from for all design styles.

I called creative lighting solutions who sourced my wall lights from the supplier and had them dispatched the same day and I received them the next day, 2 days ahead of my deadline.
