Please follow the road rules that the loading zone is required for loading any item on and off vehicle and don't exceed no parking sign. Also, the barbeque stove in the garden is such waste electricity as unacceptable as disturb owners and residents that any barbeque stove especially without any Fire alarm on any balcony with its users' unacceptable behaviour and also if volumes are too loud should be banned. Please follow the rules of strata law in the common area. Otherwise, fines may apply to its improper users.
