Telstra Tuggeranong

Store called me to tell me my phone was ready for collection, I asked when they closed and they said 7pm which was perfect as I work late. Showed up at 6:40pm and the store was closed. Why would you tell me you'd be open and make me waste my time going out there? Now i have to leave work early which will cost me money because a staff member lied to me.Poor service

Not good at all! I arranged to pick up my new phone, when I got there the shop was closed. (2 hours early) As I live 2 hours away, I sent a text to see if they could post it, they didnt even reply! When I went back to get it, they were only interested in me spending my Telstra points. I declined as the whole process of getting the new phone was a right hassle. Never again will I sent foot in this shop!

Was at Tuggeranong store (ACT) and assisted by David. He was super helpful and really kind. A have since returned a couple of times and he is always ready to help with good advice.

Worst customer service you can imagine.Called them said im coming and that ill be there at 5:27 knowing that they close at 5:30 they said thats ok i arrived 5:27 sharp for them to say we closed the till we can do u anything come tomorrow. I prefer to buy online from amazon and not come to them again

Horrible service from Testra all round. I spent 20 minutes in the shop before someone spoke to me. There were staff free who were talking to what appeared to be their friends, who then went to lunch. When someone finally spoke to me, they told me the product I wanted was out of stock. I have since tried calling the store to get an accurate idea of stock levels. They have failed to pick up after 8 attempts. Steer clear of these people.

A gentleman by the name of Rohit in the Tuggeranong store was so helpful and so polite.

Just there this afternoon, Fatma was great, signed me up for a basic sim plan(and installed it in my phone) in under 10mins. Plus a discount for first 6 months . Well done Fatma

We went there 20mins before for buy 5G Home internet they refused because there are closing in 20mins they should not refuse any customer who gets in shop even mins before went to Optus ocross their store they processed it any only took 15mins or less.Lazy Staff!

Terrible service. No acknowledgement when I came into the store. Left waiting for 20 minutes until I had to interprut which I did politely to ask for a wait time. Wait time 90 minutes. I was met with the floor walker rolling her eyes and her passive aggressive behaviour. While I was there a gent got up disgusted for wasting 2 hours of his time without resolving the issue he came in for.I simply voted with my feet and purchased a phone elsewhere.Telstra you need to lift your game and so does the floor walker. 1 star is way too much. Instead of writing condescending responses how about addressing the terrible feedback and actually do something about it and don't assume you have the monopoly on services. Floorwalker I like other customers deserve respect.

So my father has tried to get his Telstra account activated for a few weeks, and has shown up to the store most days, calling customer service lines the other days. I have shown up with him a few times, and the staff seem to either act like they've never seen him before, or that he doesn't actually exist. They set their standards very low and have cost him several hours over the weeks and months worth of extra network fees.
