Boniwell Blinds

We are delighted with our Folding Arm Awning. From the measuring up, communication and installation we have found this company to offer the best in service and quality right through to the final installation. We are in the North West of the state and the men arrived at 0900 after leaving Hobart around 5am. When they completed the installation there was not even a spec of sawdust left - just our beautiful new awning. 10/10 to all.

Alex and his team are super friendly and getting our blinds and shutters installed was a smooth process! Our house looks amazing inside and out and we would most definitely recommend Boniwell. We live in the north of Tassie and getting them installed quickly was no problem.

As part of their free quoting service Alex drove down to Tasman Peninsula and in a very friendly and efficient manner, comprehensively explained and discussed the various options along with many samples. He immediately provided a detailed quote with a broad range of options making decision-making a breeze...I knew about the quality products but it was matched by excellent service...Congratulations and thanks Alex!

We moved in to a house 5 years ago with just about every window fitted with Boniwell blinds. The blinds themselves are quite good but one of the clips which holds the slat broke which leaves a gap when the blinds are closed. I rang Boniwell to ask about a replacement clip and was told they don’t stock them any more as they had moved on to an updated clip. They suggested I contact another company who might still stock the replacement clips. Really? Pretty poor customer service. On top of that, the other company told me if they don’t have these clips then the only option is to replace the entire track which costs $100 to $200. All because of one cheap plastic clip which is probably worth 5 cents. Not good enough Boniwell. I would not recommend their products.

Really poor service. Had a measure and quote booked and then no one bothered to show up. Called Boniwell and no one had bothered to organise anyone to come out. Pathetic service and a complete time waste.

Great professional service. Had roller shutters and drop awning installed. Very happy with final product.

The new owners went out of their way, without any fuss, to clear up an ongoing problem from the previous owner.The lines for communication were open, clear and honest. It is a pleasure to highly recommend these guys.
