Royal Day Spa

My husband and I received a couples package as a gift and what a gift it was. Everything was amazing. Our therapists Sonny (sorry if spelt wrong) and Meg were amazing, in fact everything was from the greeting at reception until we left. We couldn't recommend the Royal Day Spa more highly, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we will be back.

The service is amazing! I had a deep cleanser facial and I felt pampered.Will come back again!

WOW! Okay, so it definitely isn't the cheapest, but the package we had was incredible! We were ushered into a change room, offer a drink and then waited for our massage, it was so relaxing and did not feel like you were the next number in line, there was no rush. 1hr long hot stone massage, which both my partner and I loved. Then, followed by a pedicure and bubbles and cheese platter, it was so lovely and relaxing. The service was fantastic and the actually spa decor is very very nice. Great gift idea.

We booked a last minute couples package for my birthday, and the Royal Day Spa were very helpful to find space for us. The treatment was lovely and we had a great time! Thank you Meg and Sue for a wonderful spa experience! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely day spa, but feel their treatments are a bit overpriced for what you get. I had the Royal Pedicure and only included puff, polish, foot scrub and heel work. I was also left for 10 minutes on my own while some cream soaked in. An hand or arm massage while the cream soaks in would have been nice.

My partner and I were just treated to the deluxe couples package at royal day spa. As someone who is a bit bigger this was out of my comfort zone. I was so pleasantly surprised at the service and the way we were treated at royal day spa. The 2 women who did our treatments were so lovely and welcoming and we cannot speak highly enough of how nice it was from start to finish. We will most definitely back and will not hesitate to recommend this day spa to our friends and family.

I recently called to book a package for my partner and I, and the customer service was terrible. I have been here before and loved the staff and the treatments but this one interaction has turned me off completely. Incredibly pushy, kept saying they couldn't undertsand me, was abrupt and very rude. I am sure in this current environment kindness, understanding and patience is something we can all draw on but this is unacceptable.

Quite disappointing. Purchased a package that claimed to be 3 hours of total indulgence for $399. Had expectations based on many experiences at other quality spas and was very much looking forward to it. I was in and out in 2.5 hours, tops.Package included a full size product based on therapist recommendations for skin type and ended up being a satchel of bath salts! Quickest pedicure ever and wanted an additional $20 for shellac removal.... from 2 toes that was already coming off. Not told until leaving. Therapist was lovely , massage and facial felt lovely. Although know nothing of products used.The front receptionist was quite curt and not interested. No spa etiquette in place with customer not only on laptop while have a pedicure but talking on mobile. Walls so thin you could clearly hear the conversation in the next treatment room and in the lounge. I have never left a negative review of a Spa and never thought I would be leaving this for the Royal. So many other great options in the area give this place a miss.
