Would not at all recommend. I put a deposit on a couch as I had to be in store to put a deposit on it. I went home and measured and it didn’t fit, so I rang for it to be refunded and they told me I had to come back into store. I told them I would be in tomorrow then travelled 1 hour to go back into store, to be told that sorry we can’t do it because two managers have to be here. I then had to retravel back again for the refund. It took over 2 weeks to be refunded!! I then ordered a single mattress and drove 1hr to the store to collect it on a Tuesday afternoon at 1.30pm after receiving a text message it was ready to be collected to be told sorry you can’t collect it today you have to come back on a Wednesday…What is this sort of service !!!Would not recommend at all!!!

Had the wrong mattress delivered by accident, that was a few tiers below mine. The team at Amart Albury did an excellent job at remedying this by offering me a discount on an even better mattress in stock, and organizing for a quick swap with the incorrect mattress. Overall a very polite and caring team, despite the unfortunate mattress mishap.

Lyndel was very kind and attentive. Thanks to her, I had all furniture for my new home. Appreciate it!

No such thing as HIGH QUALITY.Don't buy this rubbish as warranty doesn't exist.We got a $3000 bed suite less than 3months old (Sandcastle suite). Our Tallboy had a reaction from a cup of tea sitting there for less than a minute and they say not their problem.Warranty was suppose to be for 2 Years but because it has nothing to do with so called MANUFACTURER, they won't cover it.Disgusting Customer Service Albury!Don't waste your money

Would rate no stars if I could.My partner ordered our lounge in early December and now being told it won’t arrive until mid May.What a joke. When we phoned the store and asked when they were planning to inform us, they reply was we probably wouldn’t of.Customer service is appalling. Will be telling all friends and family of how horrid our experience has been.

This store was amazing to deal with. We had some challenges with the lockdown regarding delivery but the delivery drivers were absolutely fabulous and can not thank them enough for the delivery of my furniture. I would highly recommend Amart Albury and I will definately be using them again in the future for any furniture purchases.

Order online and paid. Store rang and informed after 2 days they don’t have item in stock need to wait 2 months. Why would you sell items if you don’t have in stock or put out of stock. They just want to take your money and ask you to wait months. Not a good response over the phone can’t help even though it was their fault. Would not recommend customer service from the staff and the store manager.

Would rate no stars if I could.Order bed and matress, should delivered on Saturday.No one came on Saturday. Went there on Sunday. They said my phone number was wrong so they could not contact. So they fix everything and told me to deliver on Tuesday.Ring on Tuesday and said Its not booked to deliver on Tuesday and they can do on thursday. Just playing game with me.Worse service, worse customer care. I am cancelling my order, still I have to go there to get refund. Who will pay for my time!!!!!!

Customer service was horrible. Waited around 15min for someone to acknowledge us, even though we were trying to chase Customer service people down. Finally got service only to be told they would have to check for stock. Another 15-20min later we chased another staff member down who went to follow up. Was told by original staff who served us that we would have to wait as they were still waiting for an answer. We waited another 15-20min and walked out in utter amazement how little they cared about the customer. Went elsewhere and purchased similar product in around 10min. Horrible service from Amart and their care factor was zero!!
