We highly recommend Vincent from Element glass. He took on a tricky job (3 other installers didn't even quote when they saw the complications due to it not being straight and square). The result is outstanding and our pool area looks terrific with the traditional bar fence gone! In addition, Vincent hit a water line with the core drill (through no fault of his own as it should have been under the concrete slab). He took an extra day diverting the pipe and relaying the tiles and refused extra payment for the substantial additional work - but we paid him a bit extra anyway as we were so happy!

Vincent was great with communication and came around to measurement and install a new glass panel in our bathroom renovation .He is professional and always on time he got it done when we needed it and most of all he has done a fanastic job. We would highly recommend and will definitely be getting Element glass to do our next bathroom glass. Thank you again

Vincent replaced our pool fence and we are very happy with the result. He was so easy to work with, very responsive and came back multiple times to remeasure to work in with a landscaper building a retaining wall at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble. I found Ella and Vincent via Facebook Marketplace and was so glad I did. Vincent came out and did an assessment and the quote came through really fast. He was onsite the next week and made the whole process easy and stress free. I wanted a mix of colourbond and glass on our sloping yard and Vincent listened and created exactly what I asked for. Even the certifier commented on the amazing workmanship and how great the fence looked!

We were recommended by a number of people in our district to use this company. We had a large job with no room or time for issues, so after being able to view Vincent’s work I called him and he was there that afternoon and gave us a ballpark figure so we’re weren’t held up. The quote came through quickly and decided to go with him.Not only was the workmanship excellent, his price was considerably less than the other quotes I received. We required 4 high end units to have the frameless shower screens made and fitted, bathroom mirrors and glass balustrades on all verandas. He was reliable and on time every day and worked harmoniously with other trades on site.Communication was great and also polite and professional. He was one of the tidiest trades I’ve seen. Definitely glad we decided to use this company and have decided to use them as our preferred supplier. Couldn’t fault anything.
