I would like to leave a review about Hassan first, the excellent staff at Deco Rug Auburn. He showed his consistency from the beginning to the end explaining pissible different products with its strengths/weaknesses. Hassan also fully supported me to get all things done properly by following up the status by phone and text. He really does know how to take care of his customers. The company is very lucky to have him there. Thanks again Hassan.The second person I would like to thanks to is Gerad, who came to fix things around by spending all day. He is real professional with friendliness and kindness with confidence. Big Thanks again to Gerad.

The staff is very friendly and helpful in terms of selecting and pricing! Hassan assisted me in selecting and showing me variety of rugs. They have great variety of rugs and he even assisted in placing the rug in the car! Great place to visit if looking for carpets/rugs

I recently made a purchase from Decorug Auburn. The carpet was exceptional and they even allowed an exchange for a bigger size without any questions asked.The quality, customer service, and after effect - is phenomenal.I have been very impressed with the whole team, their patience and sincerity in helping with the decision making making the whole experience worthwhile!

Hassan, Mick and Sara where are absolutely amazing and this is the second time I’ve come here to buy carpets because of the great service, the beautiful carpets and the amazing staff. Also the prices were great as well. I’ll be back here if I need more carpets mats or cushions they seem to have everything I need and everything I want each time I drop in. Finally, it’s not often go shopping, and really enjoy the experience Thanks again guys you’re awesome

Hassan at Decorug Auburn gave us the best rug-buying experience. He understood our needs, gave great advice and gave us space to discuss when we needed it. He even organised a home trial for us - his customer service was exceptional! And the rugs look awesome in our home too! Would definitely recommend decorug auburn.
