Customer service was amazing, staff made finding what I needed super easy and all around just an enjoyable experience, will definitely be going back

Slides/shoes section doesn't have a big range and selling defected items, two of the young girls over the counter do not have enough skills in customer service as they talk to each other to much while staring at customers in line and not size friendly I noticed sizes online range to size 16 in ladies. Thank you

I visited this store to check out their range of sunglasses. I unfortunately couldn't find what I was looking for. But the customer service was a fantastic experience. Thank you Renee for such a wonderful experience and being so patient all through. I will surely visit again. It was refreshing to see such a young girl like yourself be such a customer care champion.

The store has changed recently. Stock is always full but you generally have to sift through everything to find what you're looking for. Staff avoid you and don't approach to help or ask if you're ok or looking for anything in particular - which I was on this particular day. I have no issues being left to my own devices and shopping, but just a greeting or acknowledgement from staff would be nice. The girl at the counter was abrupt and disinterested, but I'd expect that from a young casual worker. I would generally do a click and collect for my item, but as the stock online was saying low I wanted to be able to have other options available if what I was after was out of stock. Very happy with my purchase, the person receiving the gift was also happy with it.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff were very rude with really bad attitudes. No help was given and they were all huddled in one spot gossiping. Poor poor customer service and interaction we still went ahead and made a purchase because we love the clothing range but was made to feel uncomfortable so won’t be back to shop at this store!!I’ve always had wonderful experience in all other City Beach stores not sure what’s going on in this store. Very sad

Customer service is appalling. Went in there with a photo of a product I was after, the two ladies at the front counter were talking so I waited - they then looked over at me and MOVED to the other side of the counter to continue their conversation. When I finally got some help without even looking up the item or anything they said “we don’t have it”. I asked politely if she could at least look it up for me, as I literally only came to the shopping centre for that one thing, and she condescendingly said “love, we don’t have it”. I understand the workers should be familiar with products but to at least help a customer out, it would’ve been appreciated if she’d maybe taken some time out of her conversation and HELPED me like she’s getting paid to do. Won’t be back. Re-train your staff in customer service, disgusted.

If you want to wait 45mins in line to pay then this is the place for you. No sense of urgency from the slow staffEvery time i have come here i am stupid enough to believe i wont be in line for so long.
