I have recently been involved in a difficult family law matter. Being someone who has never needed to do anything like this before i thought it was the end of the world. From the very beginning, Sarah Smith from PD law was my rock. She spoke openly about the process, what to expect, the roller coaster I would be placed on and the cost that i would be expected to pay. Without her guidance and support throughout the whole process i wouldn't have felt like this was something i couldn't done. I can't reccommend Sarah from pd law enough. She always promptly attended to my requests which is something you need when going through a difficult time like this. A big thank you to Natasha, Sarah assistant also. She like Sarah helped massively in this process.

Overcharging, rude staff, and on top of that the service itself isn’t even that great (or fast). And this is despite paying them tens of thousands of dollars already. Very standard conveyancing work being billed out at hundreds of dollars an hour and now they are holding our legal files to ransom because they have overcharged us and are not communicating. I shouldn’t be surprised they are behaving this way after the way they have handled everything to date.Would not recommend.

Don't ask them for help with criminal matters.

What a nightmare of a settlement Bernie and the team from PD Law were hit with for the settlement of our property - from belligerent bullying from a body corporate to a buyer trying to wriggle out of the contract, they held my hand and helped me keep my sanity to the bitter end. Numerous additional work was required to deal with unexpected, unsettling and frankly outrageous behaviour from these people - research, letters, emails, phone calls while I rocked in a corner but they got us over the line and we settled on time for the win.Don’t know they will ever want us again as a client LOL but we will be straight onto them pleading for help next purchase or sale we will have to contend with.Professional, approachable, flexible, always willing to listen and help and most importantly they kept their sense of humour when mine was obliterated!
