I am tradie and today was the 3rd time I have gone to this store on my way home from work to pick up materials for the next day and the Timber Yard is closed 3 hours before the store closes. This branch is useless, I will be sticking with Burleigh.

Had a lovely interaction today at the Robina store. Received a cheerful welcome greeting from Jeremy who offered to assist us in finding the product we had come to purchase. Poor customer service. My Daughter and I were treated poorly by the old short lady at the self checkout, spoken to in a superior and condescending manner because my daughter was playing on a ride on mower. The old lady was simply rude. Then the guy at the trade desk was making inappropriate comments about my family life. Will go else where, not how I want to spend my sat morning. 25th March 10am

The coaches are attentive, motivating, and provide personalized attention to each member, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their workout. The gym is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of classes to choose from. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, and you'll leave feeling accomplished and energized. Overall, BFT is a fantastic gym that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming community and effective workout routine.

I’ve been working on a project that I’ve never done before, and needed a precise piece of wood to finish the project. Bailey in the Timber Department knew exactly what I needed and helped me pick out the best piece for my project. Then after finding out the piece would not fit in my car, Bailey came over and helped me cut it so it could securely fit in my car so I could make it home safely and finish my project. Bailey provided superior customer service in every way. Bunnings has a true gem in this employee!

Standard Bunnings, huge selection, reasonable prices and sausage sizzle on the weekend!Could do with more staff, but that seems to be everywhere lately so I'm not going to hold that against them.
