My nail chipped the same day I got them done. Went on the next day and it was fixed on the spot for free.

I have been here for the first time and definitely love it.Very nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff.Despite of many clients, the girl was not in rush and made all procedures in very gentle way. I really enjoyed and definitely come back again.

Sadly, I won't be back. I got Shellac on Saturday the 14th of March on my toes and fingers and it was put on so thick, nor was it sealed to the tips. By the following Saturday, 21st, three of my nails are peeling from the tips - because its on so thick and because it wasn't sealed at the ends. I usually go elsewhere where i get 3-4 weeks out of my shellac but wanted to try somewhere else. Also, the customer service was pretty poor, all staff continuing to yell, talk and laugh at each other the entire time so it was not very professional.

Got them done saturday morning (its now Sunday night) and my acrylics look as though they were done 2 weeks ago. The lady didn’t spread the acrylic all the way down the cuticle so it looks like I need infills. She also didnt even put on the right nail sizes for my nails because there is obvious parts where you can see the sides of my natural nails underneath the acrylics. The woman doing my nails was obviously a newbie however no one asked me if it was okay for her to “practice” on me. The acrylics are all different lengths and the acrylic isn’t even spread out properly, making them look bumpy, (which is why they recommended a gloss finish). I’ll be getting my money back and complaining. They clearly don’t steralize any of their equipment which is scary considering how many times the girl made me bleed and how rough she was with my hands.

I went today for the Express facial and a pedicure and the staff were amazing especially Anne was lovely. The facial was very relaxing and gentle for my skin and would definitely go there again.

So rude, I asked for a manicure and pedicure and they told me they were booked out for the day because I didn’t have a booking. Shop was totally empty at the time and nowhere does it say that they only work by appointment only. Wont be trying to go there again.

Really nice staff. Very calm and relaxing experience. They were on time and kind. When I went for a pedicure, I was not expecting it to be that good quality. When they painted my toe nails it was very neat and beautiful. They were very respectful and followed COVID-19 rules. I will definitely be going back! 5 starts 100%!!
