Le Nails Melbourne Central

I got my nails done there last Saturday and was very unsatisfied. I got gel acrylic nails and got them painted a single colour. The lady that was doing my nails (unsure of her name) she took far too long to complete such a simple nail set. It took over an hour an a half and when they where finished they sent me over to dry my nails under the led light. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for them to try and the polish wasn’t set. I then had to leave as I had to get to my hotel a they then broke so easily where very soft an easy to break. I would not go here again as they did a horrible job!

Ive been going there over a year and was quite happy with my nails. But last week, i did my nails, SNS. Not even after a week, it started coming off. Even after the manicure, the lady didnt clean my fingers.

I had a good experience here, staff are nice and helpful. I did a walk in, they take walk ins and bookings, I asked for them to do as short as they could go for almond nails as I want them to be short enough for work they did just that and I'm satisfied with this experience. There were only three things that made me not give this place a five star, one they kept changing nail technicians (which truly didn't really bother me), two when they filed my nail it hurt a little because of the extension being moved (this was my first experience with any nail salon so this might be normal, either way it wasn't a big deal) and lastly three (this is the worst part) i don't believe they changed the paper towel they had where I was sitting as I saw someone elses acrylic nails that doesn't matter) BUT there was someone else's REAL MAIL CLIPPINGS on the mat, I'd like to preface that I didn't get my own real nails clipped so they weren't mine, it wasn't the worst thing in the world plus they were on the technicians side. I would go to this place again as I love the nails and I would also recommend this place to my friends.

Got a simple Shellac done for a very affordable price. Recommend to anyone who’s new to getting their nails painted.

I came to this salon two weeks ago for the first time to refill my nails. For the past few days, I have noticed that the edges of my nails have faded, and today I saw that the shellac is coming off from edges I have paid for shellac and I had shellac last few years . Shellac never fades. this one that they applied for me was very poor quality . I went to the salon, but a lady with black hair who was there rudely told me to pay 30$ to get another color. I told her I am new here and I usually repair after a month or 5 weeks. Why should I pay again? The lady said no it is 2 weeks i am not gonna fix it , and she put her phone on the loudspeaker and started talking on the phone, ignoring me in front of customers as I was standing. I told the lady that I want to talk to the manager. She said go, come tomorrow, the manager is here. Why should I pay another 30 dollars again to change the nail polish when I paid 60 dollars for my nails two weeks ago? Why should your nail polish be that bad quality and become faded on the edges ? Do I have to pay $90 a fortnight for my nails because of the poor quality of your materials?

The staff were really lovely hence the extra star, however I went into to get my nails done, SNS tips with chrome. The chrome glitter used changed yellow and clumped on my skin, after several tries I asked the lady to take it off my nails. She was very apologetic and I feel bad leaving a review however I could not get the glitter off my fingers as it was under the uv light several times. She told me to go home and shower, three days later its still there, and even the quality of my nails were terrible. She charged me $50!!!! I shouldnt have paid at all. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves.
