I used to go to a well-known brand name spa but found that they didn’t really care about their customers, so instead I found Emma, who is quite the opposite. She is a total professional who puts her clients first…. One of the things I like most about her is that she’s consistent; I don’t feel she gives less than her best each time I’m there, and that’s a rare quality. Plus, she understands that I just want to zone out and relax. I can’t praise her enough and look forward to my next visit already. Thank you, Emma.

I see Emma regularly for a massage I met her for one of my pregnancy massages a few years back and now I see her monthly so does my husband and cousin.She’s absolutely amazing with her hands and has created a beautiful little peaceful space to relax.She always helps me relax either with massage or even having a nice friendly chat to me if instigate it.Very very well priced and I’m always greeted with a warm loving smile.Highly recommend Waterlily massage and beauty.

Amazing massage in a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. I've had a few pregnancy massages here and can't recommend Emma highly enough. Reasonable prices and exceptional experience. She even gave a sample of an essential blend to take home!

Emma is great! Very friendly and accommodating. Great priced packages. My massage and facial were amazing. The only place I’ve been to that actually gives you a proper head massage during a full body massage. I purchased 2 more packages after my first visit. Thanks Emma!

Best massage in the Shire! I saw Emma throughout my pregnancy as well as after and have always walked out feeling so much better! Her clinic is calm and relaxing. Emma's attention to detail is second to none! She uses high quality oils during the massage and the massage bed is one of the comfiest I've ever been on (including how it is set up for pregnancy). Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Emma for my beauty treatments for a while now and I'm so glad I now make time for myself. Not only does she make me feel amazing every time I attend but my skin looks and feels amazing. Most people say I look 10 years younger since I've been seeing Emma. I receive so many compliments and recommend all my friends and family to see Emma for her services. My mum even received a gift of Emma for Mother's Day and she was so grateful. I can't wait for my next appointment. Emma's expertise makes me glow and feel great. Thank you Emma for always making me feel amazing.
