Teacher was excellent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but course is very rushed. There was also no address on the emails I received. I found it on google maps. Location could be communicated better.

Pamela was absolutely outstanding. I felt that I learnt more with her than I ever have, and I will never forget the information. She made the experience so memorable and energetic, and I loved being called Angel" and "Cupcake"! Best instructor I've ever had."

Trainer was great but I think it was unfair to keep the ones that were on time and she could see the people who could do the CPR but kept us there while the ones who struggled ALOT got extra attention. Rather than just letting us go.

Very lively presenter giving lots of examples. I am sorry i didn't get her name as i came 5 minutes before the start. It was a joy watching and listening to the lady presenter who knows her job very well. She made everyone engaged and helped everyone. The way she presented both the CPR and First Aid will forever be etched in my mind and will make me remember everything.

Pamela is very informatic, passionate and loves teaching first aid. Gave us consise info and real life examples. We practise real life scenarios and felt confident leaving the course. A ++++
