Cooma Isuzu UTE

Very disappointed in the customer service.I recently tried to book my car in for a service. I initially spoke Jodie over the phone and as I had not had serviced with them previously I had to set my car up in the system. I had all of my details ready but my vin was not coming up in the system. The lady I spoke with made me feel as though I was an extreme inconvenience and was borderline condescending. She insisted I texted her through the details.I asked if a courtesy car was available and was told I could either have a Toyota Yaris or a Subaru.I requested the Subaru as I have two babies and a double pram. I was told that I was able to have the Subaru but would have to wait as it was not available ( I explained that I was happy to wait as long as needed )After a week of back and forth I was told my car had been booked in but the courtesy car was not guaranteed.I then called and spoke with Montana who was very lovely and wanted to help.I was told that the lady I initially spoke with had not entered any of the extras to my service nor did I have a loan car for that day. Meaning I would have traveled over 2 hours with my babies to then have to wait from 8:30-4:30 without a vehicle until my car was ready. I was then transferred to Claire.When I asked Claire about the loan car I was told that the Subaru was not available as it was with another customer whilst their car was being repaired and may not be back for a month (which was fine) I tried to explain that I would have happily taken the Yaris but my car seats will not fit in such a small car with a double pram on top of that and I am willing to wait however long until it was available to then be basically told “too bad, not my problem”
