I have dealt with Bryan Cain from JA Cain for close to 24 years from when we moved into the area and bought our family home. JA Cain is a 3rd generation family run business with a very strong reputation. Bryan is 100% trustworthy, very honest and transparent in his dealings.He is a superb and experienced auctioneer with enormous local knowledge. Chris and Brendan Cain are following in their fathers footsteps and are super professional, ethical and hardworking. I would not use another company, I would give 10 stars if possible.

Warning to Property Owners!!!I used JA Cain property management for 18 years, ending in 2020. I've decided to post a review of my experience almost two years after using them as I now feel equipped to offer a qualified opinion due to my new experience with another agent in the area, who I will say offers an exceptional service in comparison.I had the same tenant for 18 years. It was completely refurbished at the beginning of the lease. Sounds great, but no. Unfortunately, she & her partner lived in dirty clutter, boxes piled high to ceiling, couldn't even enter garage due to boxes (no car), numerous book shelves along many walls, even hallways. Door stops even removed to fit book shelves behind doors, etc. Unfortunately the couple verged on hoarders. I made numerous complaints over the years to property manager, always to be told I've seen worse". My thoughts: we've all seen worse

Thank you to Bryan and Chris for managing the recent sale of our house in what was a very tough market. They make a great team and we appreciated their ongoing guidance throughout the process. We were thrilled with the marketing of our home (in particular, the video Chris produced) and that they found us a buyer who loved the property as much as we did!

If I was planning to purchase a property without an actual conversation to an Agent on the phone, couldn’t recommend JA CAIN highly enough!They seem to enjoy never returning a phone call throughout the whole process of trying to purchase a property.After initial interest in a property and reaching out to one of the brothers from JA CAIN after an inspection, we were getting no follow up within the time frame stated so instead his brother took over the process however seems he too also didn’t like to pick up his phone.We had made an offer and were invested with all expenses such as a lawyer, building and pest report.After numerous calls to the JA CAIN office and both brothers, I never received a call back once.As you can imagine when you sign a contract it is quite crucial to speak to your agent considering it is a large amount of money you are dealing with when it comes to purchasing a property.At one stage I wanted to check I wasn’t just the one being ‘ghosted’ so colleagues from work tried calling the agents as well noticing my frustrations but again radio silent and no answer or call back for anyone.If you wish to have a drawn-out process, with zero phone communication during the process these are the best in the Biz!
