Magali is extremely responsive to requests by the tenant and owner to get on top of things before they become issues. She is always available by phone and if she doesn't answer she calls back within a couple of hours. She is realistic when it comes to repairs and provides the best advice for both owner and tenant. Properties by M was able to find a great tenant for our property. Magali has a great knowledge of the rental market and was able to achieve better than expected rent.There is no one else you want to manage your property.
