Kieran was SUPer (see what I did there LOL) with advice about which board I should buy. As a bigger chick, I felt encouraged that the board I had narrowed it down to was the right choice and motivated to get out there and paddling. Highly recommend for friendly service and solid advice. I'm local so I shopped in person, but feel that the same level of personalised care and attention would be offered online.

The team at here are absolutly the best. They are friendly and super knowlegable. I'm a big guy and they knew straight away what would work for me, but still took the time and showed me around all their SUP boards and options. They then walked me through how to use the pump and paddle and gave me some safety tips and maintence steps to follow when getting started. I was so impressed with the team by the end of the shopping experience, but as I was leaving the store they noticed my board bag was scuffed, so they swapped it for another on the spot. I wanted to leave them a great review that day, but thought I better wait till I tested out what they sold me, and thankfully it's the perfect board for me, and I can fully endorse shopping here. They have gained a satisfied and loyal customer.

The customer service here is...wow! Kieran provided exceptional customer service to myself and partner. From the outset, we indicated that we were looking for advice and not nescessarily to buy an item, and he still spent an extensive amount of time (close to half an hour) talking us through how to find the appropriate board (including at other stores/vendors and online if we chose to search elsewhere), what would suit our needs and some very honest recommendations -- even without the guarantee of a sale. They clearly understand and respect their products to an extremely high standard and as a result can talk openly and truthfully about their quality. Most of all, they respect the customer and their needs, and put a great deal of effort into ensuring that they are met. I would highly recommend this as a location to begin one's stand up boarding hobby, I certainly will!

Can't recommend Keiran and his team enough. He was very generous with his time answering all my questions over the phone, and suggested I sleep on it when I was close to buying a board, as he wanted to be sure I made the right decision. These guys know their stuff and just want you to be happy with the product. When my board arrived with a faulty pump, he was incredibly quick to respond and send another out immediately.
