Worst manicure i have ever had. Waste of money.As soon as I walked in girl asked me what i wanted to get done, it was just a manicure with polish. She told me to pay first then she will start anything which i did. She took hardly 3 min for manicure, did absolutely nothing. She kept on attending other customers while i was waiting n the polish she did,,, oh god kid would have done better. I was so frustrated i just walked away with worst manicure without any polish, which i already paid.N did my nails at home.Pls don’t waste money here.

I am very disappointed with my Shellac, and won’t go back personally. My nails chipped within a couple of days! :(I didn’t like the manicure either… It just doesn’t feel like being done by a professional nail technician.

Got my nails done early this week.Got a full set of nails done, tips with shellac.The lady that done my nails, over cleaned my cuticles and my finger have now all rashes on them. On top of that I’ve got bubbles all on the side of my finger due to failure of hygiene.Spoke to the “manger in charge” not only to be told it was there fault but than told me repeatedly to go see a gp as they have never had this issue with other customers.Asked for a full refund only to be told sorry I can only give you a voucher.Don’t waste your money on this nail salon.

Since Hollywood Nails closed and Beauty Genesis opened, it has been the worst experience.Firstly, they only take cash on weekends and when I asked the staff why because I only had my card, she said “the boss doesn’t want to pay fees”.There’s a constant rotation of staff that take over from one another and no consistent work so every nail is different.Every set of acrylic I had kept breaking or chipping and the pedicures are terrible now, there’s no point even getting them.This is just so disappointing.

I recently visited Beauty Genesis and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the salon was clean and relaxing. I loved how the nails turned out and I'll definitely be coming back!

The girls are so nice and energy. I come here every two weeks because of I too into how they do my nails so fasy and wonderful job. And they satisfy me by doing exactly the photo I showed them. They also so funny , good place to get relaxed and nails doneHighly recommend you all come to this shop.
