Slow service. Made everything difficult including filling a script, then tried to charged me twice the recommended retail price.I understand small chemists need a bigger markup than big chains, and I would be happy to pay a couple of dollars more, but this is just taking advantage of people.Thought it seemed very expensive , so i then went online and they did price match once I showed them the difference, but then had to wait in line, again, to get my refund. With a newborn waiting in the car. Not a great experience.

Just dropped by and using a prescription, spent $20 on a box of 30 tablets…Got home, checked it online at another chemist and the same product is priced at $6.30…I have been ripped off and paid more than 3 times the price of the medicine I bought…Not going back…

Very, very friendly staff. I've been there about 4 times and everytime I've been treated with respect. They all have product and medicine knowledge. If you need a pharmacy, go to this one.

I again attended this pharmacy on sat morning. The approach by the resident pharmacist is abhorrent. Any questions were treated with incredible disdain. Requests for information on the prescription were treated woefully. Sadly this is almost always the case and known amongst locals. To see other posts praising this business, raises questions on authenticity.This pharmacy is an embarrassment to the trade and also to Nobby Beach and its locals. As someone who spends time a lot of time here, any visit to providers should be uplifting. We should be proud of our retailers and service providers and this is calling on this pharmacy to do the same. Make an effort and treat your clients and Nobby Beach residents and visitors with respect.Imagine people with chronic depression or fear of community access (NDIS) having to experience this. People going pharmacies are often ill. Treat them accordingly please. The pharmacist needs training or replacement.

I'm a regular customer and travel from Burleigh to get my scripts filled because the service is fantastic. The manager knows my name and scripts which makes the trip worth it. All round outstanding service here

I felt super awkward when they announced to everyone in the store that I can’t get my medication today and went into detail in front of everyone for why they believe I shouldn’t be allowed it

I was reminded again last night of why I do not use this chemist. The pharmacists are rude, impatient, judgemental, they have superiority complexes and are imperious. They take the care out of health care and I would rather drive to the other side of the state than here.

Without doubt the most expensive pharmacy on the Gold Coast and very likely, nationally. They will preach about their ‘price match guarantee’...this might be ok for regular medications but when you are sick and just need a one off medication, you’re hardly going to go to Chemist Warehouse first, get a quote, then head back to RipOff Pro to complete the transaction.....very average business model.

I used to live at Nobbys for 20 years and found all the ladies to be incredibly friendly and efficient. I've never had any issues with waiting etc as they are doing their best at all times and sometimes there were a lot of people waiting in that shop. Janice is incredible and so knowledgeable about anything you asked. I couldn't speak highly enough about them. Kim Nichols

Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with do yourself a favour and go elsewhere , will try and sell you out of date stock and make you wait just to tell you they can’t do something very rude staff.
